Cell test: Real-time PCR testing was used to measure the expression of genes related to skin elasticity in normal human dermal fibroblasts (from a 38-year-old) that had been exposed to barley lactic acid fermentation liquid GABA.

To make Shimicolla, we use only highly pure collagen from the first extract obtained in the purification process. Being low in impurities, it gets absorbed into the body quickly.
