Place a 2cm sized ball of gel on your hand, and rub it into where you wish to use it.
* If you feel pulling on the skin, or if there is insufficient gel, then add gel. There is no need to wash the gel off. After applying the gel, you may feel warm. This is normal.
Massage upwards from the tips of your toes to your buttocks.
Using your palms, rub around your navel in a clockwise direction.
Massage from the base of your thigh and rub upwards.
Massage upwards from your fingertips to your shoulders.
