Warming up
Roll back and forth along the collarbone, moving outward. (Roll 10 times)
Roll up and down along the neckline, from the base of the neck and shoulders toward the head.(Roll 10 times)
face mode
Gently press the shoulder. (Slowly 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
Roll back and forth along the jawline up toward the ear. (Roll 3 times)
From the mouth corners, roll back and forth under the cheekbone toward the ear. (Roll 3 times)
Gently place the roller under the cheekbone and hold. (Approx. 1 minute)
body mode
Roll back and forth from the elbow down. (Roll 5 times x 3 sets)
Roll back and forth between the elbow and underarm. (Roll 5 times x 3 sets)Note: Be careful not to pinch too much.
Gently place the rollers between the elbow and underarm and hold. (Approx. 1 minute)
skin mode: Use a zigzag motion to gently massage the entire abdominal area.
Roll back and forth from under the bust down to the waistline. (Roll 5 times x 3 sets)
Roll back and forth diagonally upward across the lower abdomen. (Roll 5 times x 3 sets)

Roll back and forth from above the knees to the base of the thigh. (Roll 5 times x 3 sets)
