Please try the following:

No, you cannot. Please refrain from forcibly inserting the shower cartridge, as it may damage the product.
How long the shower cartridge lasts based on how many people use it
・Used by 1 person: About 3 months
・Used by 2 people: About 2 months
・Used by 3 people: About 1 month
・Used by 4 people: About 1 month
Note: Calculated based on 8 minutes of use per person and 7 L/minute of shower water volume.
Note: How long the shower cartridge lasts varies depending on how long and how you use it (e.g., using them to clean, etc.). This is only for reference purposes.
The filter in the shower cartridge may get clogged, which may lower the flow rate. If this starts bothering you, please stop using the shower cartridge.
Note: If you are not planning on using the product for a long time, remove the shower cartridge from the showerhead and store it away.
If you want to use the product again after it's not been used for a long time, first let water run through it for about 1 minute beforehand.
Note: Although it will not harm your body if used after its expiration date, it is recommended to replace the shower cartridge regularly, as failing to do so will inhibit or prevent it from reducing chlorine in the water.
The water pressure will be slightly lower than without it because water first has to flow through it. We recommend using the Pure Rain and Jet modes, which produce relatively high water pressures among the four modes.
This product cannot reduce chlorine in water.
ReFa PURE CARTRIDGE (sold separately) can be installed to purify water and reduce residual chlorine.
You may be able to install it as is, or you may need an adapter.
Please check the screw size with your shower model's manufacturer.
Note: Models made by manufacturers other than those listed below (Noritz, Mizutani, and Rinnai) may require a commercially available adapter.
When using the included adapter, install it in the following order:
With three types of adapters to choose from, installation is easy.
1.Select the adapter and attach it to the hose fitting.
2.Cover the masking ring.
Note: The masking ring should be placed on the side with the two bumps facing up.
3.Install the product.
If the showerhead and hose are combined, please consider replacing the entire hose.
Please make sure to check what is suitable for your shower tap and purchase it at a hardware store, etc.
