Standard Way to Hold
Grip the main unit, enveloping it in the palm of your hand.
STEP1 Front of Head
Press the unit against your hairline for approximately 3 seconds and slowly slide it towards the top of your head. (3 times)
STEP2 Side of Head
Press the unit against your hairline for approximately 3 seconds and slowly slide it towards the top of your head. (3 times)
STEP3 Back of Head
Press the unit against your hairline for approximately 3 seconds and slowly slide it towards the back of your head. (3 times)
STEP4 The Entire Head
Cover your entire head by slowly sliding from you hairline to the back of your head.
Note: Repeat step 1 through 4 for the other side of the head.
To draw up even more, focus on the area behind your ear and slide towards the top of your head.
When you want to feel extra refreshed, press it to the top and back of your head for 3 seconds each.
