• Q. Is it OK to take the iron out on the go?

  A. Yes, there is no problem with doing so. Be sure to put the cap on when you take it on the go.

• Q. Can this product be carried on an airplane?

  A. Yes, you can carry it on board as long as the built-in rechargeable battery has been removed.
  However, some airlines have different rules on what you can bring on board, so please contact airport security and the airlines you are flying with and check beforehand.
  

  • Note: It cannot be carried on board if the built-in rechargeable battery is inside. Be sure to remove the built-in rechargeable battery.
  • Note: Removed batteries can only be carried on board.

• Q. Can I use the device in other countries?

  A. Yes, it can be used overseas.
  [How to Charge]
  There are two charging methods available:
  (1) Use a fully charged mobile battery.
  Note: Charging with mobile battery is not recommended.
  
  (2) If the AC adapter has a USB type-C output that matches the power standards in the country you are visiting (such as local laws, voltage, frequency, plug type, etc.) charging from a power outlet is possible.
  Power standards, such as voltage and plug types, may vary by region within the same country.
  When traveling overseas, please confirm the local specifications with your hotel or travel agency in advance.
  Note: An adapter rated 9V3A or higher and AC100-240 can be used to supply power while overseas.

• Q. Can I put the cap on while the iron is still hot?

  A. Let the iron cool down after use before you put the cap on.

• Q. There is a gap between the iron's plates, and it doesn't close completely.

  A. This iron is designed to prevent damage to the hair by adjusting the gap between the plates.
  Therefore, the force may feel weak when running the iron through hair, but this doesn't mean it's broken.

• Q. Can I use the device after getting my hair permed, bleached or colored?

  A. Your hair will be damaged after you get it permed，bleached or colored.
  Refrain from using the device for 3-4 days to avoid further damage.

• Q. Can I use the iron after applying hair styling products?

  A. You can use it with hair styling products that can be used with a hair iron. Don't use any hair styling products that can't be used with a hair iron. Doing so may damage your hair.
  Don't leave any hair styling products on the product. Please check the instruction manual to find out how to take care of it.
