A.It occurs because the internal electrical component generates heat. This is not a malfunction, and the product is safe to use.

A.This may happen if the ambient temperature is too low or too high. Please charge the battery in an ambient temperature between 15°C and 35°C.

Q.What should I be careful of when using it?
A.Do not look directly at it.
When using the product in a position where the LED head tends to face your eyes, such as on your cheeks or forehead, please close your eyes and do your best to avoid looking directly at the LED light.
