• Q. Can I use the device in other countries?

  A. No, the device cannot be used in other countries. It is made exclusively for use in Japan.

• Q. Can this product be carried on an airplane?

  A. You can take it onto an airplane.

• Q. It doesn't start blowing air as soon as I turn the power on.

  A. The motor automatically adjusts its speed when the dryer turns on, so airflow may not start immediately. However, this delay is very short. It’s a normal safety function and does not indicate any problem with the product.

• Q. Does the power turn off automatically?

  A. As a safety precaution, airflow is automatically stopped approximately 60 minutes after the power is turned on. If the airflow stops automatically, the hot/cold indicator will flash blue, and the sensing indicator flashes green to notify you.

• Q. Can I adjust the temperature?

  A. When using the sensing program (automatic temperature control function) "SCALP," the surface temperature of the hair is controlled to be below approximately 50°C, and when using "MOIST," it is controlled to be below approximately 60°C.

• Q. The sensing mode is unresponsive.

  A. The product is designed to detect the ambient temperature and select a program appropriate for that temperature. Therefore, before using on your hair, please test by blowing air into the air first.
  If the product does not switch between hot and cold air even when set to sensing mode, please contact MTG Customer Service Center.

• Q. Can I store it with the power cord wrapped around it?

  A. Doing so could break the wiring, so please use the cord band that came with it.

• Q.Can I use the product on artificial hair extensions/wigs?

  A. Please refrain from using it on pets.

• Q. How should I look after it?

  (1) Remove the cover.
  (2) Remove dust, hair, etc., with a commercially available soft brush or cotton swab.
  (3) Align the identations on the main unit and cover, and attach the cover.

  (1) Remove the attachment.
  (2) Remove dust, hair, etc. with a commercially available soft brush or cotton swab.
  (3) Soak a soft cloth in diluted mild detergent (diluted with water to 3 to 5%), wring it out well, and wipe off the dirt with it.

  Soak a soft cloth in some diluted mild detergent (diluted with water to 3 to 5%), wring it out well, and wipe off the dirt with it.
  
  [Attachments]

  (1) Hold the attachment with the part that attaches to the main unit facing downwards to prevent dust, hair, etc. from entering the attachment.
  (2) Remove dirt by moving the brush vertically and horizontally using a commercially available hair brush for cleaning.
  (3) For parts other than the brush, soak a soft cloth in diluted mild detergent (diluted with water to 3 to 5%), wring it out well, and wipe off the dirt with it.
