• Q. Can I use the device in other countries?

  A. No, the device cannot be used in other countries. It is made exclusively for use in Japan.

• Q. Can this product be carried on an airplane?

  A. You can take it onto an airplane.

• Q. It doesn't start blowing as soon as I turn the power on.

  A. The motor inside the dryer adjusts its speed, and this means it won't always start blowing as soon as you turn the power on.
  However, the delay will be very short. This happens to ensure that the motor operates safely, and doesn't mean there's a problem with the product.

• Q. Does the power turn off automatically?

  A. As a safety precaution, airflow is automatically stopped approximately 60 minutes after the power is turned on. If the airflow stops automatically, the hot/cold indicator will flash blue,, and the sensing indicator flashes green to notify you.

• Q. Can I adjust the temperature?

  A. The temperature will be controlled to keep the hair surface below around 50°C when the Sensing Program is on "SCALP" and below around 60°C when it's on "MOIST.
  For "SCALP", the Scalp Attachment is set on the main body for use. For "MOIST", the Dry Attachment or Curl Brush Attachment is set on the main body for use.

• Q. The sensing mode is unresponsive.

  A. It's designed to sense the ambient temperature and select a program to match, so try making it blow into the air instead of onto your hair.
  Please contact MTG customer support if it doesn't switch between hot and cool air even when it's in Sensing mode.

• Q. Can I store it with the power cord wrapped around it?

  A. Doing so could break the wiring, so please use the cord band that came with it.

• Q.Can I use the product on artificial hair extensions/wigs?

• Q. Can I use the product on my pet?

  A. Please refrain from using it on pets.

• Q. How long is the cord?

• Q. How should I look after it?

  (1) Remove the cover.
  (2) Use a commercially available soft brush or cotton swab to remove dust, hair, or other debris.
  (3) Align the notches on the main unit and cover, then reattach the cover.

  (1) Remove the attachment.
  (2) Use a commercially available soft brush or cotton swab to remove dust, hair, or other debris.
  (3) Soak a soft cloth in water diluted with 3-5% neutral detergent, squeeze thoroughly, and wipe the area clean.
  
  [Main Body Surface]
  Soak a soft cloth in water diluted with 3-5% neutral detergent, squeeze thoroughly, and wipe the area clean.
  
  [Attachments]
  CURL BRUSH
  (1) Hold the attachment with the connection side facing downward to ensure that removed dust or hair does not enter the inside of the attachment.
  (2) For the brush part, use a commercially available hairbrush cleaner, move vertically and horizontally to remove dirt.
  (3) Wipe other parts with a cloth soaked in water diluted with 3-5% neutral detergent, squeeze thoroughly, and clean the area.

  Soak a soft cloth in water diluted with 3-5% neutral detergent, squeeze thoroughly, and wipe the area clean.
