Precautions for use

  • Do not use this device on wet skin. Doing so may cause electric shocks or injuries.
  • This device isn't waterproof. Do not use it around water, in the bath, or in other very humid places. Do not submerge it in water. Doing so may cause fires, injuries, or damage to the product.
  • Don't touch the inside of the device's or attachments' lamp windows during or immediately after use, as they may be hot. Doing so may cause burns.

Standard Way to Use

【STEP1】Check your skin color

Refer to the Acceptable Skin Colors (Estimate) chart in the instruction manual or on the packaging, and check that the skin color of the area you'll use the device on is within the acceptable range.


【STEP2】Prepare for hair removal

Shave the area you'll use the device on with a razor or shaver. Then, wash the skin thoroughly and wipe it dry with a towel, etc.


【STEP3】Choose a flash level/mode

Affix the attachment that best suits the area you're using the device on, and turn the power on. Choose a flash level and mode.


【STEP4】Emit flashes

<Normal mode>
Place the lamp window flush against your skin and press the flash button. Move the device little by little and keep emitting flashes.
<Auto mode>
Place the lamp window flush against your skin.
Move the device little by little and keep emitting flashes.

Note: As long as the device can detect your skin, it will continuously emit flashes without you pressing the button.


【STEP5】Cool down your skin

Sufficiently cool down the area you used the device on with a cool towel, etc., and then moisturize with a gentle hydrating toner, lotion, gel, or other product.

Recommended frequency of use

The limits for using it on the same area are as follows :
・For Level 1 to 2 : Up to once every 3 days
・For Level 3 to 5 : Up to once a week
