HOW TO USE ReFa DERMA HEAT

Components

Before Use

  • ・Do not use ReFa DERMA HEAT for more than 6 minutes per day (3 minutes for each side of the face).

    ・Do not use ReFa DERMA HEAT for two consecutive days, and wait at least one day before the next use.

    ・ReFa DERMA HEAT can be used on your face, neck, and décolletage.

    Note: Use it on the inside of your arm only when testing before use.

  • ・When holding the device, hold it firmly with your bare hand so that your palm or fingers touch the hand-held electrode on the back of the device. The two skin detection sensors near the electrode head and the hand-held electrode must be in contact with your skin for the device to work. (When the device detects skin, the skin detection indicator LED around the electrode head will light up red.)

    ・If the skin of your hand is dry, the hand-held electrode may not be able to detect the skin correctly. In such a case, moisturize your skin with lotion, etc.

  • ・Do not hold the electrode head on the same area for a prolonged period of time, or you may experience heat or pain on your skin. If you feel any heat or pain on your skin, pull the electrode head away from your skin.

    ・Similarly, do not repeatedly glide the device back and forth on the same area. In particular, continuous use on the same area in the direction shown in the figure will concentrate high frequency waves in those areas, making it more likely that your skin to will experience heat and pain. If you feel any heat or pain on your skin, pull the electrode head away from your skin.

  • ・Do not hold the electrode head on the same area for a prolonged period of time, or you may experience heat or pain on your skin. If you feel any heat or pain on your skin, pull the electrode head away from your skin.

Standard Way to Use

A program that combines the HOT and DERMA HEAT modes. 3-minute care for half your face, targeting areas of concern.

  • Forehead
    Warm your forehead, starting between the eyebrows and moving toward their outer ends.

  • Cheeks
    Carefully lift, starting at the smile lines and moving toward the ears.

  • Neck and décolleté
    Warm, starting from behind the ear and working to around the collarbone.

  • Face line
    Carefully lift, starting from the chin and working to the temple, and starting from under the chin and moving toward behind the ear.
