Hold the Rollers

  • Squeeze the recessed line between your thumb and index finger and grasp firmly with the fattest part in the middle.

  • Gently roll back and forth as indicated by the arrows.

Rolling Method

The strength in which the roller pulls up your skin can be adjusted by changing the angle at which you hold the handle.

  • <When Using the Front Roller>
    Gradually raise the end of the handle to increase the pull of the rollers.
    * Lower the handle if you begin to feel pain.

  • <When Using the Rear Roller>
    Gradually lower the end of the handle to increase the pull of the rollers.
    * Raise the handle if you begin to feel pain.

Decolletage & Neck

For the decolletage and neck with firmer and more radiant-looking skin.

  • Roll with draining movements from the indentations beneath the collar bone to the shoulders.

  • Roll up and down from the base of the back of the neck, along the nape to the shoulders.

Face & Head

For more radiant-looking skin and healthy scalp.

  • Consciously and steadily roll along the line of the lower jaw.

  • Roll along your cheekbones from the corners of your mouth to below your ears.

  • Roll from below your cheek bone toward your temple.

  • Slowly roll from the forehead up to the top of the head.

  • Roll up and down from your temples toward the top of your head.

Arm

For the skin on arms that looks firmer with kneading motion

  • Using the front rollers, roll up and down from the wrist to the base of the thumb.
    * Do not place fingers individually between the rollers. Doing so may result in injury to the joints of a finger.

  • Using the front rollers, roll up and down from the wrist to the base of the pinky finger.
    * Do not place fingers individually between the rollers. Doing so may result in injury to the joints of a finger.

  • Roll from the wrist to the elbow with the inside of the lower arm held between the rollers.

  • Roll your upper arms toward your armpit.
    * This is an area where the skin can be easily pinched by the rollers. Always be careful when adjusting the angle and pressure of the rollers against the skin.

Bust

For fuller and supple looking bust

  • Pressing down below the armpit, roll towards the center of the breast.

  • Roll up and down, applying pressure upwards towards the breast.

Waist

For skin that looks firmer and more toned

  • Roll along the body between the lower bust line and the waistline.

  • Roll around your tummy as if drawing circles.

Legs and Hips

Firmly approach those troublesome areas around the knees and thighs.

  • Roll over the entire sole of the foot. Finish up by pressing one roller against the area indicated by the “○”.

  • Roll over the sides and instep of the foot. This can be especially comforting after a bath.

  • Roll up and down around the ankle. Apply an amount of pressure that is most comfortable to you.

  • Roll along the calf from the ankle to behind the knee.
    * Be careful your Achilles tendon does not get pinched in the product.

  • Roll from above the knee to the base of the thigh.
    * This is an area where the skin can be easily pinched by the rollers. Always be careful when adjusting the angle and pressure of the rollers against the skin.

  • Roll from the base of the thigh toward the buttocks.

Assisted Rolling

Two people are better than one when it comes to effectively rolling those areas that are hard to reach such as your back or shoulders. We recommend using on your shoulders and back.

  • <For a smooth and firm neck line>
    Roll gently along the neck and shoulder in smooth, continuous motions.

  • <For an elegant back>
    Roll on the back, which is hard to reach yourself. Roll up and down along the shoulder blades.
    * Do not use along the spine or in other locations where bones protrude.

  • <For supple legs>
    Roll from the anle up to the bottom. Give attention to your entire leg.

A Note on Assisted Rolling

  • The hand not holding the device must stayin constant contact with the person's skin.
    * Microcurrent will not be circulated if there is no physical contact.
