HOW TO USE ReFa for BODY

Handle Orientation

The orientation of the handle can be changed by 45°at a time to make holding it more comfortable.

  • <0° Grip>
    Hold so the roller axle is at the same angle as the handle.

  • <45° Grip>
    Hold so the roller axle is at 45 ° relative to the handle.

  • <90° Grip>
    Hold so the roller axle is at 90° relative to the adjustable handle.

How to change the angle of the roller axle

  • Hold the roller axle and lift up the handle.

  • As lifting up the handle, turn it until you hear it click.

Tips on Rolling

Roll in the direction indicated by the arrows.

  • The photos below are overlaid with the following arrows to show how and which direction to roll over specific parts of your body for optimum results.

Decolletage & Neck

  • Roll along the indentation beneath your collar bone.

  • Roll up and down from the base of your back of your neck, along your nape to your shoulders.

Arms & Shoulders

  • Roll from your wrist toward your elbow.

  • Roll along the outside of your upper arm with a squeezing motion.

  • Roll the inside of your upper arms toward your armpit.
    * This is an area where your skin can be easily pinched by the rollers. Always be careful when adjusting the contact and pressure of the rollers against your skin.

  • While pressing the rollers on your shoulder, roll slowly to achieve a squeezing motion.

Legs

  • Roll along your calf from the ankle to behind your knee.
    * Be careful your Achilles tendon does not get pinched in the device.

  • Roll sideways above your knee.

  • Roll along the inside of your thigh to get a squeezing action.
    * This is an area where your skin can be easily pinched by the rollers. Always be careful when adjusting the contact and pressure of the rollers against your skin.

  • Roll along the outside from above your knee to the base of your thigh.

Hip & Waist

  • Roll from the base of your thigh toward your buttocks.

  • Roll around your waist, both up/down and side to side.

  • Roll diagonally upwards with the image of lifting your waist.

  • Roll along the curves of the sides of your waist with the image of lifting it up.

  • Roll right and left around your navel.
    * This is an area where your skin can be easily pinched by the rollers. Always be careful when adjusting the contact and pressure of the rollers against your skin.

  • Roll around your tummy as if drawing circles.

Assisted Rolling

  • <For a smooth and firm neck line>
    Roll gently along your neck and shoulder in smooth, continuous motions.

  • <For an elegant back>
    Roll on your back, which is hard to reach yourself. Roll up and down along your shoulder blades.
    * Do not use along the spine or in other locations where bones protrude.

  • <For supple, beautiful legs>
    Roll from your ankle up to your buttocks. Give attention to your entire leg.

A Note on Assisted Rolling

The hand not holding the device must stay in constant contact with the person's skin.
* Microcurrent will not be circulated if there is no physical contact.
