Rolling Method

The strength with which the rollers pull up your skin can be adjusted by changing the angle at which you apply the rollers to your skin and the pressure of the rollers against your skin.

Tips on Rolling

Roll in the direction indicated by the arrows and increase or decrease pressure in accordance with the thickness of the lines.

Décolletage

For a beautiful décolletage and a supple-looking neckline.

  • Roll along the indentation beneath the collarbone.

  • Roll up and down from the bottom of the head to the base of the neck.

Face & Head

For a more youthful and supple-looking face.

  • Roll back and forth along the jawline.

  • Roll back and forth over the cheekbones from the corners of the mouth to the ears.

  • Roll up and down between the corner of the mouth and the side of the noise, lifting the cheek with one roller.

  • Position one roller above the outer corner of the eye and roll back and forth along the side of the head.

  • Closing your eyes and relaxing your forehead, roll across the entire forehead in a zigzag motion.
    * Make sure your hair does not get caught in the product.

  • Roll across the entire temporal region from back to front in a zigzag motion.
    * Make sure your hair does not get caught in the product.

Arms

For firmer and more contoured-looking arms.

  • Pressing against the fleshy portion of the hand, roll back and forth from the wrist to the little finger.
    * Do not place your fingers between the rollers. Doing so may result in injury.

  • Gripping the inside of the forearm between the rollers, roll back and forth from the elbow to the wrist.

  • Roll back and forth along the bottom of the upper arm from the elbow to the armpit.
    * Carefully adjust the angle and pressure of the rollers to avoid painful pinching of the skin.

Chest

For a firmer, more supple and lifted-looking chest.

  • Pressing down below the armpit, roll towards the center of the chest.

  • Roll up and down from the ribs to the base of the chest.
    * Carefully adjust the angle and pressure of the rollers to avoid painful pinching of the skin.

Waist

For a tighter-looking waist and midsection.

  • Roll up and down from the waistline to the base of the chest.
    * Carefully adjust the angle and pressure of the rollers to avoid painful pinching of the skin.

  • Roll back and forth in a diagonal motion from the navel to the outer abdominal muscles.
    * Carefully adjust the angle and pressure of the rollers to avoid painful pinching of the skin.

Legs & Feet

For less visible puffiness in the feet, calves, knees and thighs.

  • Roll back and forth over the entire sole of the foot.

  • Roll back and forth over the sides and top of the foot. This is especially comforting after a bath.
    * Do not apply excessive force when rolling over the joints of a toe. Doing so can cause injury.

  • Roll up and down from the ankle to the shin, applying a comfortable amount of pressure.
    * Be careful not to pinch your Achilles tendon between the rollers.

  • Roll up and down from the ankle to the back of the knee.
    * Carefully adjust the angle and pressure of the rollers to avoid painful pinching of the Achilles tendon and the skin.

  • Roll back and forth along your inner thigh from your knee to your groin.
    * Carefully adjust the angle and pressure of the rollers to avoid painful pinching of the skin.

  • Roll back and forth along the back of the thigh from the back of the knee to the base of the buttocks.
    * Carefully adjust the angle and pressure of the rollers to avoid painful pinching of the skin.

For bathtime relaxation

Waterproof for safe use in the bath.
* After use, shake out excess water and wipe with a soft cloth before storing.

Assisted Rolling

Two people are better than one when it comes to effectively rolling areas that are hard to reach.
We recommend assisted rolling for your shoulders and back.

  • <For a contoured-looking neck and shoulders>
    Roll gently up and down from the neck to the shoulders.

  • <For a firm, elegant-looking back>
    Roll up and down along your shoulder blades.
    * Do not use along the spine or on other locations where bones protrude.

  • <For firm and supple-looking legs>
    Roll up and down over the back of the leg from the ankle up to the buttocks.

A Note on Assisted Rolling

The hand not holding the device must stay in constant contact with the person's skin.
* Microcurrent will not be circulated if there is no physical contact.
