A.No, you can't. The device won't turn on while it's being charged.

A.The head cap may hit the power button when removed, and as a result, the LED may light up. Be careful not to press the power button with the head cap.

A.It'll start to feel warm about 30 seconds after you turn it on.

A.Charge the device if it is low. It may also take time until it warms up when at an ambient temperature below 15°C. Use in a location with an ambient temperature of 15°C or above.
Q.Why canʼt I use this product while wearing gloves?
A.The main unit has a hand-held electrode on its back side and a weak current (microcurrent) flows when a bare hand touches it. Always grip the hand-held electrode firmly with a bare hand during use.
